  • Acknowledge our products are dietary supplements regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Eligibility & Health Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for adults over 18 years.

  • Pregnant or nursing women, individuals with medical conditions, or those taking medication should consult a healthcare professional before using supplements.

  • Products should not be used for unlawful resale without our consent.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but minor variations may occur due to manufacturing changes.

  • All nutritional and ingredient information is provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly from batch to batch.

  • We do not make unsubstantiated health claims; all statements comply with FSSAI labelling guidelines.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include or exclude GST (clearly stated at checkout).

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other listed payment methods.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders suspected of fraud will be cancelled or held for verification.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us directly.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, except as per our Return Policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout.

  • Delays due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events are not our responsibility.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Opened or used supplement packages cannot be returned.

  • Eligible returns are accepted only for:

    • Wrong product sent.

    • Damaged item upon delivery.

    • Product past expiry date at the time of delivery.

  • You must raise a claim within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product.

  • We are not responsible for misuse, side effects, or results not matching customer expectations.

  • You agree to use supplements responsibly and as per label directions.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All product images, descriptions, and website content are owned by ZNR CORP.

  • Copying, reproduction, or resale without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra courts.
