Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and bills/invoices intact.

  • Perishable items, personal care products, customized orders, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A clear photo/video of the product and packaging (in case of damage or wrong item)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited back via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment wallet.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
